Dual exhaust manifolds are correct for 1965-67 Cutlass and 442.
GM part number "X" 389269LH and "W" 389268RH.
The LH driver side manifold is also correct for 1968 442 but the correct right hand manifold for 1968 is the "Y" manifold (which is not reporduced). It can be replaced with this "W" manifold. It is the same shape and contour and will fit and function properly.
This will also fit any 1965-76 Oldsmobile big block.
Heat riser is not included with the manifolds but is available to purchase on our website. Manifold will need to be prepped to install heat riser. If you would like us to install the heat riser kit please call us at 610-282-2494 prior to placing an order.
